Documents Required for EXIM Code Registration

To ensure smooth processing, we require the following documents for EXIM Code registration

  1. Company Registration Certificate – Official proof that your business is legally registered.
  2. PAN Number Certificate – A document from the tax department confirming your business is registered for tax purposes.
  3. VAT or Sales Tax Registration Certificate – If applicable, to show that your business is registered for VAT or Sales Tax.
  4. Trade License – A valid license from the local authority permitting your business to operate.
  5. Identity Proof of Directors/Partners – Valid government-issued ID (Citizenship, Passport, etc.) for all business owners.
  6. Bank Guarantee – A guarantee from your bank to ensure that you can meet financial obligations. The amount may vary based on business type.
  7. Tax Clearance Certificate – A certificate proving that your business has cleared all due taxes for the previous financial year.
  8. Bank Account Details – Recent bank statement or a letter from the bank confirming your business account.
  9. Proof of Business Address – Utility bills (electricity, water, etc.) dated within the last 3 months showing your business address.
  10. Passport-sized Photographs of Directors – Typically two recent passport-sized photos of each director.
